HealthDataImport respects user privacy and processes Health data strictly on device. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information.

1. Data Collection and Storage

HealthDataImport does not collect, store, or transmit personal information to external servers.
All data — including Health records, ECG files, and GPX routes — stays on the user’s device unless the user chooses to export files through system share actions.

The app uses no analytics SDKs, no tracking tools, and no cloud services.

2. Health Data Handling

HealthDataImport reads Apple Health export files only after explicit user action.
All processing happens locally on device:

• Reading and parsing Apple Health export files
• Displaying ECG waveforms
• Displaying GPX workout routes
• Selectively importing chosen Health data into HealthKit (iPhone only)

The app never modifies or deletes HealthKit data unless initiated by the user.

3. Permissions

HealthDataImport may request permissions for:

• HealthKit — Required to import selected Health data into the user’s Health database
• File Access — Required to open ZIP/XML Health export files and GPX files

All permissions are used only for their intended functions.

4. No Data Sharing

The app does not share, sell, or transmit any data to:

• Developers
• Third parties
• Remote servers
• Analytics or advertising services

All data remains on device.

5. User Control

Users have full control over the import process. Users can:

• Review overview information before import
• Select categories or items to import
• Cancel import actions at any time
• Remove imported data inside the Health app if needed

The app never runs background imports without user action.

6. Security

All operations occur inside the device’s secure environment.
No data leaves the device, so no additional encryption layer is required.

7. Children’s Privacy

HealthDataImport does not target children.
The app performs no online data collection.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated to support new features or improvements.
